PURPOSE OF United Methodist Women
United Methodist Women shall be a community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative, supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church.
We celebrated 150 Years on March 23, 2019.
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference.
Excerpt from The Serenity Prayer by Reinhold Neibuhr (1892-1971)
